The names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Zues Software Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service.
